Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end closing process and produce timely financial reports.
• Review financial information and ensure it is accurate.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Communicate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
• Prepare reports on financial performance and variance analysis.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in accounting and finance.
• Participate in financial audits and liaise with auditors.
• Monitor cash flow and manage working capital effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Master's degree in Finance is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

Certifications

• CPA or equivalent certification preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
