Job Description

As a Linen Controller, you will oversee the inventory management of linens for our hospitality operations. Your role will involve ensuring stock levels are maintained, coordinating distribution, and collaborating with laundry services to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the receipt and dispatch of linen, ensuring all records are up to date.
  • Monitor and maintain linen inventory levels to avoid shortages.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding linen storage.
  • Work closely with team members to meet daily linen requirements efficiently.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve linen management processes.
  • Assist other departments with special linen requirements as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma or certification in hospitality management preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in linen management in hospitality

Languages
  • English: Fluent
