Responsibilities
Create and optimize chemical formulations to meet production needs.
Participate in R&D initiatives to produce innovative products.
Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate closely with QA/QC teams to maintain product standards.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in production.
Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.
Conduct risk assessments to mitigate potential hazards.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant field
Advanced degree is a bonus
