We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring smooth operations of IT systems and equipment. Your expertise will help us enhance productivity and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries.
• Ensure that all IT equipment is operational and well-maintained.
• Assist in troubleshooting network issues and connectivity problems.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as directed.
• Provide excellent customer service to users while resolving issues.
• Support the deployment of new systems and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Computer Science or relevant field
• Bachelor's degree is preferable

Experience

• 3+ years of IT support experience

• Linux OS
• Help Desk Software

Certifications

• CompTIA Network+
• ITIL Foundation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
