Job Description

Seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to enhance our finance department. You will conduct detailed financial analyses, prepare reports and assist in budgeting processes, ultimately driving informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial performance against industry benchmarks.
• Assist in compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Monitor cash flow and identify investment opportunities.
• Ensure accuracy of financial records and reporting.
• Conduct scenario and risk analysis to inform decision-making.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business
• Master's in Finance preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in finance or analytics roles

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel
• Financial Reporting Software

Soft Skills

• Strategic Thinking
• Team Player

Certifications

• ACCA or similar finance-related certification
• Financial Risk Manager (FRM) is advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience using BI Tools: Familiar with Business Intelligence tools for financial reporting.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks: Experience with compliance matters in finance.
