Job Description

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps.
• Design and develop training programs and materials that meet business objectives.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments.
• Collaborate with department heads to align training with operational goals.
• Monitor and report on employee progress in training programs.
• Assist in the onboarding process by developing training plans for new hires.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Provide coaching and support to employees post-training.
• Enhance employee engagement through interactive and effective learning techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• A Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in training and development

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic

Advantageous
