Extractor Operator Helper

Job Description

The Extractor Operator Helper will assist the Extractor Operator in all aspects of machinery operation. This includes preparing the equipment, monitoring the extraction process, and performing quality checks to ensure optimal output. Responsibilities

• Support machinery setup and assist in production runs.
• Ensure raw materials are fed accurately into the extraction machine.
• Conduct regular checks of the extraction process for any inconsistencies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Communicate with the Extractor Operator for any adjustments required during production.
• Assist in documenting production output and materials used.
• Participate in safety drills and comply with workplace safety measures.
• Engage in continuous learning and attend training sessions as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.

Technical Skills

• Forklift operation

Advantageous

• Ability to operate forklifts: Certification or experience in operating forklifts is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of quality control processes: Knowledge in quality assurance methods related to manufacturing.
