Job Description

Join our collaborative design team as a Product Designer. In this role, you will focus on user research, analysis, and product design that leads to engaging and effective solutions. Responsibilities

• Research and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.

• Continuously test and evaluate designs to improve user satisfaction.
• Document design processes and create guidelines for best practices.
• Participate in reviews and critiques of design work within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant design experience

Technical Skills

• Design software proficiency
• Responsive Design

Certifications

• UX Certification from a recognized institution
• Design Thinking Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Accessibility Design: Knowledgeable about designing accessible products that meet various users' needs.
• Experience in A/B Testing: Hands-on experience implementing A/B testing strategies to optimize user engagement.
