We are looking for an Investment Banker with a proven track record to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. Your role will involve advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and financial restructuring, requiring excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and advise on mergers and acquisitions.
• Draft investment proposals and conduct due diligence.
• Monitor market conditions and financial trends affecting clients.
• Participate in networking events to expand the client base.
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
• Master's in Finance or relevant field strongly preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking or financial advisory

Certifications

• CFA Level 1 or Level 2 Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
