Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Clinical Research Associate in Cape Town. This role involves managing clinical trials from initiation to completion, ensuring regulatory compliance, and liaising with participants and healthcare providers to gather essential data.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of clinical trials from start to finish.
  • Monitor and track budgets, timelines, and project milestones.
  • Liaise with institutional review boards (IRBs) for approvals and compliance.
  • Facilitate data entry and data management processes.
  • Implement corrective actions when deviations from the protocol are identified.
  • Ensure timely completion of study milestones and adherence to timelines.
  • Support the clinical research team with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Nursing, Life Sciences or relevant field
  • Master's in Clinical Research preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of clinical research experience
