Job Description

As a Data Entry Clerk in our Pretoria office, you will contribute to our operations by maintaining accurate databases and ensuring timely data processing. The right candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular data audits to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Manage data entry tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Support the administrative team with clerical duties as necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Communicate data-related issues to management for resolution.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma in Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative role is preferred.
