• Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
• Track social media performance using analytics tools to optimize strategies
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
• Prepare monthly performance reports for senior management
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms
• Collaborate with other marketing team members on integrated campaigns

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Master's degree in Digital Marketing is preferred

• 4+ years of experience managing social media campaigns
