Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating public policy strategies.
• Conduct impact assessments for proposed policies.
• Engage in public consultations to gather diverse perspectives.
• Prepare detailed reports and policy briefings.
• Analyze legislative proposals and assess their implications.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on policy issues.
• Support the implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Maintain comprehensive records of policy documentation.
• Foster partnerships with academic institutions for research collaboration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Social Sciences, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in policy development or analysis
