Responsibilities

• Perform variance analysis and explain discrepancies.
• Help manage financial risks through accurate financial modeling.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Support ad-hoc financial reporting requests from management.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline financial processes.
• Conduct market research to support competitive analysis.
• Maintain updated financial dashboards for timely decision-making.
• Assist in the training and mentorship of junior financial analysts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics
• Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in financial planning or analysis

Technical Skills

• SQL

Certifications

• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
