UX Designer

Job Description

We are in search of a talented UX Designer to craft seamless user experiences for our innovative projects. You will play a crucial role in understanding user needs and translating them into functional designs. Ideal candidates will have a passion for design and technology, with hands-on experience in creating user interfaces that are not only attractive but also highly functional.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistent user experiences.
• Analyze user data to design effective solutions.
• Present design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders and team members.
• Create UX documentation including personas, user journeys, and design specifications.
• Support development teams during implementation to troubleshoot layout changes.
• Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Certifications in UX design a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a tech setting
