Job Description

As an Environmental Consultant, you will work closely with clients to assess environmental impacts and develop actionable strategies. This role offers the chance to influence sustainable practices and support compliance with environmental laws. Your role will be pivotal in promoting eco-friendly solutions that benefit the community and the planet.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on environmental legislation and best practices.
• Conduct baseline studies for new projects and developments.
• Compile environmental assessment reports and findings.
• Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies.
• Assist in stakeholder engagement and conflicts resolution.
• Implement monitoring programs to measure ongoing compliance.
• Deliver presentations and training to enhance awareness on environmental issues.
• Prepare budgets and cost estimates for environmental projects.
• Utilize GIS and other technologies in environmental analysis.
• Support the development of corporate sustainability reports.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications will be beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant field
