Job Description

As a Veterinarian at Local Veterinary Clinic, you will be responsible for the health and well-being of our animal patients. Your responsibilities will include performing surgical procedures, conducting health assessments, and providing guidance to pet owners on health and nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Manage treatment plans and follow up on patient recoveries.
• Conduct routine check-ups and administer treatments.
• Plan and implement emergency response procedures.
• Oversee the work of veterinary technicians and other staff.
• Participate in community outreach and public education about pet health.

Requirements

Education

• DVM from an accredited institution
• Postgraduate qualifications in veterinary medicine are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting preferred

• English: Fluent

• Public speaking experience: Comfort and ability to speak at community events about pet care.
