Responsibilities

• Oversee the shipping, receiving, and storage of goods.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety in the workplace.
• Conduct performance reviews for warehouse staff.
• Optimize workflow and productivity through continuous improvement processes.
• Work closely with the inventory manager on stock control.
• Assist in problem-solving and troubleshooting operational issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve processes.
• Ensure proper training and onboarding of new warehouse employees.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or operations
