In this role, you'll coordinate office operations, manage patient records, and assist with financial processes to ensure efficient healthcare delivery. Responsibilities

• Supervise reception staff and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Conduct audits of records and processes to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Support the development and implementation of clinic initiatives.
• Assist with marketing strategies to promote healthcare services.
• Evaluate and improve patient satisfaction through feedback systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or a related field
• Master's degree in Healthcare Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in administrative or managerial roles within the healthcare sector
