Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be at the forefront of our technology operations, providing essential support and solutions to enhance our IT services in Cape Town.

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day IT support requests.
  • Manage installations and configurations of equipment.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Perform regular backups and disaster recovery tasks.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field
