Join our team as a Civil Engineer in Bloemfontein, where you will play a vital role in the design, planning, and execution of diverse infrastructure projects. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure the application of best practices in engineering design.
• Prepare tender documents and evaluate contractor proposals.
• Monitor environmental impact and compliance with environmental legislation.
• Oversee construction teams and subcontractors on-site.
• Provide technical guidance on engineering issues.
• Document project milestones and outcomes for future reference.
• Contribute to ongoing research and development initiatives.
• Foster relationships with governmental and regulatory agencies.
• Support project cost estimation and selection of vendors.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Postgraduate qualifications will be an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project delivery and civil infrastructure

Technical Skills

• Geotechnical Engineering

Certifications

• Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) registration

Languages
