You will work closely with developers and project managers to create visually appealing and responsive websites that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Design visually striking layouts for websites that attract and engage users.
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate user feedback into design concepts.
• Ensure all designs comply with current web standards and regulations.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Mentor junior designers and assist in their growth.
• Prepare designs for production and review with the development team.
• Analyze web traffic and user behavior to enhance design effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Interaction Design, or related field
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in web and interactive design

Technical Skills

• Adobe XD
• Figma

Certifications

• UX Design Certification from a recognized institution
• Web Accessibility Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
