Job Description

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will lead our supply chain operations in Cape Town, focusing on optimizing logistics, procurement, and inventory management. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate supply chain processes from supplier to customer.
  • Evaluate supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Enhance inventory accuracy through regular audits and reviews.
  • Lead supplier negotiations and manage vendor contracts.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across the supply chain.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust supply chain strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare regular reports on supply chain metrics for senior management.
  • Ensure timely communication with stakeholders and customers.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
  • Establish and maintain key relationships with supply chain partners.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
  • Postgraduate diploma in Supply Chain Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a supply chain manager role preferred
