You will work collaboratively with our marketing and IT teams to improve user experience and implement best practices in E-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of E-commerce best practices.

• Mentor junior team members on E-commerce strategies.
• Conduct surveys to gather customer insights on the shopping experience.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Digital Marketing certification is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in E-commerce management or a similar role
