Job Description

In the position of Project Manager (Construction), you will be responsible for leading construction projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources. The successful candidate will demonstrate their ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders while ensuring all project milestones are achieved while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of construction projects, overseeing all phases from start to finish.
• Ensure all stakeholder communications are effective and clear to maintain alignment on project goals.
• Conduct cost analysis and develop project budgets to optimize expenditure.
• Assist in recruitment and training of project staff as needed.
• Implement change management procedures to realize optimum results.
• Facilitate collaboration among all project team members to ensure deadlines are met.
• Evaluate and enforce compliance with contractual agreements regarding construction safety and quality assurance.
• Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders outlining progress towards project milestones.
• Monitor supply chains and logistical operations for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure post-project evaluations are conducted to inform future projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or relevant field
• Additional certifications in project management highly regarded

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction projects
