Join our team as a Coach or Scout! We are seeking passionate individuals to lead and inspire young athletes. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in their development, focusing on skill enhancement, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Lead training sessions focused on skill development
• Evaluate athlete performance and provide feedback
• Identify potential athletes through scouting events
• Work closely with parents and guardians to ensure athlete development
• Create performance reports to track progress
• Encourage teamwork and sportsmanship among athletes
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote sports

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Coaching, or related field
• National coaching certification is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of coaching or scouting experience in sports

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with sports management software: Knowledge of tools that aid in scheduling and tracking athlete performance.
