Responsibilities

• Operate polishing and grinding machines to finish watch crystals to high standards.
• Conduct visual and tactile inspections of finished products to ensure quality.
• Maintain an organized and tidy workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other operators to ensure smooth workflow throughout the day.
• Report machine malfunctions or issues immediately to the maintenance team.
• Continuously monitor and adjust machining parameters to maintain quality.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss quality and efficiency improvements.
• Keep up to date with new techniques in watch crystal grinding and polishing.
• Support quality assurance efforts by providing feedback on product quality.
• Engage in training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in watchmaking.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in watchmaking or related field preferred

Experience

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Technical Skills

Languages
