The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in financial analysis and reporting, with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial forecasting and budgeting, while also monitoring financial performance and identifying trends.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial performance through analysis of key metrics.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support management reporting.
• Assist with cash flow management and forecasting.
• Analyze market trends to inform financial strategies.
• Prepare variance reports comparing actual results to budget.
• Facilitate training sessions on financial tools and methodologies.
• Support the Finance Manager in special projects as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or related fields
