Job Description

We are looking for skilled Metal Workers and Plastic Workers to join our production team. In this role, you will operate and maintain various production machinery to ensure high-quality output. Successful candidates will have experience in manufacturing environments and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate various machines used in the manufacturing of metal and plastic components.
• Ensure products meet high-quality standards through regular inspections.
• Document production data and maintain machine logs.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements and production challenges.
• Train and mentor new employees on safe machine operation and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in manufacturing or related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing role

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing: Understanding of lean principles and how to apply them in a work environment.
