We are seeking a dedicated Environmental Scientist to join our team in Durban. The successful candidate will conduct research, analyze data, and develop strategies to mitigate environmental impacts. You will work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to promote sustainable practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement environmental monitoring programs.
• Conduct site visits to assess environmental conditions and compliance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on environmental solutions.
• Deliver presentations and reports to clients and community members.
• Engage in community outreach to promote environmental education.
• Research emerging environmental issues and trends.
• Support habitat restoration projects and conservation efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or a related discipline
• Master's degree in Environmental Management is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in environmental consulting or a related area.
