Job Description

We are on the lookout for an IT Support Technician to join our Johannesburg team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our IT infrastructure runs smoothly, providing essential support and troubleshooting for our users.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to support requests via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Perform regular system updates and maintenance on workstations.
  • Monitor ticketing system and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Support users in understanding software and hardware functionality.
  • Document and maintain troubleshooting procedures for future reference.
  • Work alongside the IT Manager to assess and improve IT processes.
  • Ensure all technical issues are logged and tracked.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant IT qualification or diploma
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support.
