Responsibilities
Respond to support requests via phone, email, and in-person.
Perform regular system updates and maintenance on workstations.
Monitor ticketing system and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Support users in understanding software and hardware functionality.
Document and maintain troubleshooting procedures for future reference.
Work alongside the IT Manager to assess and improve IT processes.
Ensure all technical issues are logged and tracked.

Education

Experience
2+ years of experience in IT support.
