Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Tutors to provide one-on-one and group sessions to students in a variety of subjects. The ideal candidates will be passionate about teaching and able to create engaging and customized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead tutoring sessions focused on key subjects tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Design and implement engaging learning activities that stimulate learning.
  • Evaluate and adapt teaching methods based on student feedback and performance.
  • Facilitate discussions with parents to report on student achievements and challenges.
  • Develop a supportive relationship with students to foster their academic growth.
  • Collaborate with educators to align tutoring sessions with classroom learning.
  • Generate reports on student progress to guide future teaching strategies.
  • Advise students on study techniques and exam preparation methods.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant discipline
  • Postgraduate qualification is an advantage
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a tutoring or teaching role
