Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational management of the fleet, focusing on maintenance schedules and vehicle inspections.
  • Analyze fleet data to identify trends and implement improvements in performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure effective communication among departments to support seamless fleet operations.
  • Collaborate with upper management to define budgeting needs for fleet operations.
  • Establish and maintain effective fleet policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations in all fleet operations.
  • Optimise routing and logistics to improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide managerial oversight for the fleet team, fostering professional development and performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Business Management
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is a strong advantage
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within fleet management
