Job Description

As an IT Support Engineer at Tech Innovations Inc., you'll be pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure. You'll provide tier-1 support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with hardware and software installations.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair computer hardware and software malfunctions.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and best practices.
  • Participate in IT support team meetings, contributing insights and ideas.
  • Assist in the development of user training materials and documentation.
  • Evaluate user requests and determine appropriate solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • IT Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's in Information Technology preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in a technical support role is preferred
