We are on the lookout for a creative Architect (Commercial) to contribute to our exciting projects in Cape Town. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile commercial designs, ensuring innovative designs while managing project timelines and budgets effectively.

Responsibilities

• Innovate and develop architectural solutions for commercial environments.
• Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and government agencies.
• Ensure high-quality standards across all projects.
• Prepare and present compelling visualizations of designs.
• Participate in community engagement during project planning.
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports.
• Implement feedback from clients into project plans.
• Support the firm’s marketing efforts by contributing to proposals.
• Engage in professional development and continuous learning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related discipline
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in commercial architecture and project management

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software
• Building Codes and Regulations

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Associate in Project Management (APM)

Languages

• Afrikaans: Intermediate
• English: Fluent
