Responsibilities

• Cut and prepare fur with precision.
• Securely attach fur to fashion garments.
• Conduct quality checks on final products.
• Keep the workspace tidy and comply with safety standards.
• Work alongside team members to optimize production flow.
• Provide feedback on material quality and process efficiency.
• Engage in skill development activities related to fur nailing.
• Assist in training new team members as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma
• Technical qualification in garment making (preferred)

Experience

• 2+ years in a similar production role.
