Responsibilities

• Set up new workstations for employees, ensuring all configurations are in place.
• Respond swiftly to system outages, minimizing downtime.

• Train users on new technologies and software tools.

• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with new technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• ITIL Certification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of proven experience in IT support roles

• Mac OS

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

Languages
