Job Description

We're seeking a highly analytical Market Intelligence Analyst to join our Sandton office. In this role, you will gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights that will inform business strategies and decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives based on market trends and consumer behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Lead market intelligence initiatives to support strategic planning.
• Analyze business performance and market position.
• Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stay updated on industry regulations and emerging trends.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials with data insights.
• Contribute to the overall strategic vision of the company.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Marketing is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years in a market intelligence role

Certifications

• Certified Market Research Professional (CMRP)

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Intermediate
