Responsibilities

• Monitor and review existing policy portfolios to identify renewal opportunities.
• Collaborate with the finance team to establish pricing models.
• Provide training and support to junior underwriters and team members.
• Facilitate communication between clients and insurance providers.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract new clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in underwriting and risk assessment
