Job Description

In search of a skilled Aesthetician to elevate our client services at Beauty Hub Salon. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional aesthetic treatments, advising clients on skincare routines, and keeping abreast of the latest beauty trends and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional aesthetic services and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage product inventory and maintain aesthetic equipment.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and make recommendations for future treatments.
• Assist in training junior aestheticians as needed.
• Promote salon services and products to clients.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Aesthetic Therapy or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Facial Treatments
• Skin Analysis

Soft Skills

• Customer Service
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• CIDESCO or ITEC Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with advanced aesthetic treatments: Familiarity with modern aesthetic technologies and treatments.
• Knowledge in Product Sales: Experience in promoting and selling beauty products to clients.
