Job Description

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Durban team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for print and digital mediums. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and update technical documents as required.
• Create and manage content for both online and offline platforms.
• Analyze and incorporate user feedback to enhance documentation effectiveness.
• Keep up-to-date with product changes to ensure documentation is accurate.
• Facilitate training and onboarding materials for new users.
• Foster a collaborative environment by working with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure that all technical communication aligns with branding guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Advanced degree in communication or English preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of technical writing experience

• Content Management Systems
• API Documentation

• Technical Writing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
