Job Description

We are seeking an Environmental Consultant who is passionate about the environment and sustainability. In this role, you will analyze data, develop compliance frameworks, and collaborate with stakeholders to promote eco-friendly practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of environmental assessments for various projects.
• Advise on waste management strategies and environmental risk assessments.
• Implement monitoring plans for projects to ensure compliance.
• Develop educational materials to promote environmental awareness.
• Collaborate closely with clients to tailor solutions that fit their needs.
• Participate in the development of company policies regarding sustainability.
• Provide consultancy services to various industries on environmental matters.
• Create reports and dashboards for tracking project progress and effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Further studies in Environmental Management or Policy is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in environmental consulting or policy analysis

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
