UX Designer

Job Description

As a UX Designer at Innovative Design Solutions, you will be responsible for the entire design process, including user research, persona creation, and usability testing. You will need to collaborate closely with product managers and developers to deliver designs that enhance the user experience and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops with stakeholders to brainstorm solutions.
• Utilize design software tools to create mockups and prototypes.
• Analyze and interpret user data to enhance usability.
• Facilitate usability testing and analyse results to inform design improvements.
• Maintain documentation of design processes and decisions for future reference.
• Support the continuous iteration of our design system.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Additional certifications in UX design would be preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in user experience design for web and mobile applications

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: Proficient in using Adobe tools for creating visual designs.
