Job Description

As an Insurance Underwriter, you will evaluate insurance applications, assess risks, and determine policy terms and premiums to ensure profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction. We seek a detail-oriented professional who can analyze complex information and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assess risk by evaluating policyholder information, claims history, and external data.
• Provide recommendations for policy changes based on risk analysis.
• Maintain accurate records of all underwriting decisions and communications.
• Work closely with other departments such as sales and claims to ensure seamless operations.
• Develop and implement underwriting guidelines to improve efficiency.
• Assess the financial stability of applicants and analyze their creditworthiness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years in underwriting or related insurance experience

Languages

• English: Fluent
