Job Description

As an Anodizing Technician, you will be crucial in ensuring all anodizing processes and equipment operate smoothly. You will monitor production runs, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards, while working collaboratively across teams to enhance product quality.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and clean metal surfaces for anodizing.
  • Mix and prepare anodizing chemicals according to standard procedures.
  • Use appropriate safety equipment and follow safety procedures.
  • Operate anodizing equipment and machinery.
  • Monitor anodizing process and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain anodizing equipment and machinery.
  • Document anodizing process and quality control measures.
  • Assist with other production tasks as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Post-secondary education in a related field preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in anodizing or a related field.
Technical Skills
  • CNC machine operation
  • Chemical processing knowledge

Languages
  • English: Fluent
