Responsibilities

• Lead design and engineering efforts on structural projects.
• Create and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Perform risk assessments and site evaluations.
• Utilize engineering software for modeling and design.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Conduct post-construction evaluations and assessments.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations.
• Represent the company in client meetings and presentations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in structural design and analysis

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Building Codes and Regulations

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• LEED Green Associate
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Conversational
