Job Description

As a Project Manager in Johannesburg, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You'll coordinate with different departments, manage resources, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Set project priorities and manage competing demands effectively.
  • Oversee project procurement processes and vendor management.
  • Implement best practices in project management methodologies.
  • Evaluate project performance against established KPIs.
  • Adapt project plans as necessary to meet changing needs.
  • Ensure stakeholder engagement and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within project operations.
  • Collaborate with the finance team for budget reviews and forecasting.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar discipline
  • Master's degree is a plus
