Job Description

As a Print Line Supervisor, you will oversee the print line team, managing the production of print jobs to ensure they meet quality standards and deadlines. You will provide necessary training and leadership to your team while monitoring the production process to optimize efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the print production team in meeting schedules and quality benchmarks.
• Oversee daily print job setup and execution, resolving any issues promptly.
• Ensure the print line adheres to operational standards and continuous improvement practices.
• Train and mentor staff in safe operating procedures and technology updates.
• Develop and implement production plans to enhance efficiency.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for operational enhancement.
• Report on production metrics and performance to upper management.

Requirements

Education

• A related qualification in Printing Technology is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years leading teams in a print production environment.
