Join our team as a Fashion Designer focusing on innovative and stylish clothing. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing team to stay on top of market trends and customer preferences, creating collections that inspire and engage.

Responsibilities

• Sketch, design, and develop apparel collections that meet customer desires.
• Maintain a fashion blog or social media presence to promote brand visibility.
• Collaborate with photographers and models for lookbook creation.
• Attend trade shows and fashion events to network and scout upcoming trends.
• Engage in continuous learning to keep skills sharp regarding design software and tools.
• Review competitive brands regularly and provide insights to the design team.
• Participate in the fitting process, providing feedback on design adjustments.
• Create a strong narrative to accompany collections for better market reach.
• Manage documentation related to design processes and development.
• Contribute to cross-functional workshops to promote design thinking across departments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or similar
• Additional courses in Textile Programs preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in fashion design role
