Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Technician with a knack for troubleshooting and technical support. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities and be familiar with computer hardware and software systems. This role involves assisting users with technology-related tasks, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies.
  • Respond to user requests for service and resolve issues promptly.
  • Help maintain inventory of IT hardware and software.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years experience in IT support or related fields
